Terms of Service

General Terms and Conditions – PureBreo

Article 1 – Definitions

The following definitions apply in these terms:

  • Right of Withdrawal – the period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the agreement without giving a reason.
  • Consumer – a natural person who is not acting for commercial or professional purposes and enters into a distance agreement with the trader.
  • Day – calendar day.
  • Continuous Agreement – a distance agreement concerning the regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.
  • Durable Medium – any instrument (e.g., email, PDF, paper) that enables the consumer to store information for future reference.
  • Trader – the natural or legal person who offers products/services remotely to consumers.
  • Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded exclusively through remote communication means (e.g., website, email).
  • Remote Communication Means – tools used to conclude agreements without physical presence (e.g., internet, email, telephone).

Article 3 – Scope of Application

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all distance agreements concluded between PureBreo and the consumer.
  2. By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms in full.
  3. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed in writing and shall only apply to the specific agreement in question.

Article 4 – Offers

  1. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
  2. Prices stated are exclusive of customs duties and import VAT.
  3. The carrier (e.g., PostNord, DHL) will charge applicable import VAT and/or customs fees upon delivery within the EU. These fees are the consumer's responsibility.

Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement

  1. The agreement becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms and completes the order process.
  2. PureBreo will confirm the order by email. The agreement is considered concluded upon dispatch of this confirmation email.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify PureBreo via email at support@purebreo.com before the withdrawal period expires.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Article 7 – Return Costs

  1. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product when exercising the right of withdrawal.
  2. If the product is defective or not as described, the return costs shall be borne by PureBreo (subject to verification).

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Hygiene products with broken or removed seals (e.g., skincare, oral care)
  • Digital goods that have been activated or downloaded (e.g., software, digital subscriptions)

Article 9 – Prices

  1. All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
  2. Price adjustments are only permitted in case of changes to applicable VAT rates or other statutory charges.
  3. In the event of a manifest pricing error, PureBreo reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Article 10 – Warranties

  1. PureBreo warrants that the products meet the agreed specifications and comply with applicable quality and safety standards.
  2. If a product does not conform to the agreement, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use.

Article 11 – Delivery

  1. The estimated delivery time is stated at checkout. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date.
  2. If PureBreo is unable to deliver within 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  3. Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon dispatch.

Article 12 – Termination of Continuous Agreements (Subscriptions)

  1. For continuous agreements (e.g., subscription-based deliveries), the consumer may terminate with 1 month's notice.
  2. Termination must be submitted in writing via email to support@purebreo.com.
  3. The notice period begins on the day the termination notice is received.

Article 13 – Payment

  1. Payment must be made using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
  3. If payment is not received within 7 working days, PureBreo reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 14 – Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the product or service must be reported to PureBreo within 7 days of discovering the fault.
  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to support@purebreo.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. PureBreo will respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  4. If a complaint requires a longer investigation, the consumer will be notified within 14 days and provided with a final response timeline.

Article 15 – Disputes

  1. These General Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden (or the EU country where PureBreo is registered).
  2. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
  3. If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the consumer's country of residence, or to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for alternative dispute resolution.

Article 16 – CESOP (EU Reporting Obligation)

  1. PureBreo is required to comply with the EU CESOP (Central Electronic System of Payment Information) regulation.
  2. Payment data relating to cross-border transactions may be reported to the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
  3. This reporting is a legal obligation and does not affect the consumer's rights under this agreement or applicable data protection laws.

Article 17 – Changes to These Terms

  1. PureBreo reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  2. Changes will be communicated via email or through the website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
