Return Policy – PureBreo

1. Returns Period
PureBreo accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For defective or faulty items: Please contact our customer service team with photos or video evidence. We will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs after verification.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please send an email to:
support@purebreo.com
with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (e.g., change of mind, damaged item, wrong size, etc.)
Important: Please wait for our reply containing the correct return address before sending your package.
If you return an item without first receiving the return address from us, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.
5. Packaging Instructions
To ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse, please follow these packaging guidelines:
- Use the original packaging whenever possible, or a sturdy cardboard box with adequate protective cushioning (e.g., bubble wrap, filler paper).
- Include a printed note inside the package with your order number clearly written.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow:
- 5–7 working days for inspection and processing.
- An additional 2–7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
7. Special Cases
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift, you may keep the gift packaging or accessories in case of a return, but the main product must still be returned in its original condition.
Lost Return Packages
If your return package is lost in transit, you must provide us with the tracking number and a proof of postage receipt. PureBreo cannot be held responsible for packages lost without tracking documentation.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was not collected from the delivery point in time, an additional handling fee of £200 GBP will be charged to cover re-shipping and administrative costs.
8. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Compliance)
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable European consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days (EU Consumer Rights Directive) and any guarantees provided by law.
